What is CityDock?
CityDock is the solution to all dockless e-scooters and e-bikes. We help you charge, dock and secure your e-scooters or e-bikes.
Can i reserve a docking and charging space?
You can now reserve a a docking and charging space. Open the app, tap on a red pin, and tap “Reserve”.
When I have an active reservation, can I lock another vehicle?
Yes. You can unlock any available docking space.You will always see the price once you scan a new docking space.
How do I create an account with CityDock?
The fastest way to create a CityDock account on the app is by using Apple Sign-In (on iOS) or Google Sign-In (on Android). CityDock also offers the option to sign-up using your phone number or email
Is there an age limit?
Yes, you need to be 18+ to use the CityDock.
How do I get in contact with support?

Can I get a receipt for my docking?
You’re able to access the receipts for your docking you e-scooter/e-bike directly in the app!
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose between multiple payment methods: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. To add a payment method to your account, go to the menu and tap “Wallet”, then “Add payment method”.
